Please note that all required paperwork must be completed prior to your first appointment time. Additionally, you will be contacted prior to your session with screening questions and instructions.

Cancellation Policy: 

If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
